TMNT Splinter Concept Final

My take on Master Splinter.  Even though Splinter always looked pretty rat-like, I wanted to push him even farther.  I also thought he would be more Yoda like, old and wise, yet the most skilled and powerful.  In the show and comics he usually had a cane.  I wanted to make his cane a katana without a guard.
